
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6:30pm - 7:30pm
A personal trainer lead full body 50-60min group workout at Mills 50 Fitness. The first 5min of class is a dynamic warm up followed by a strength training. You can expect barbell squats, deadlifts, bench presses and much more. This program is sequential and the muscle groups are broken up throughout the week. The program is modifiable based on the number of session per week ranging from 1-3. The workouts are all tracked via out app and quarterly inbody assessments (weight and body fat composition).
