Group Fitness: Circuit Lift & Strength Lift

Circuit Lift

A personal trainer lead full body 50-60min group workout at Mills 50 Fitness. The first 10min of class is a dynamic warm up followed by  a full body functional circuit. It is a  challenging program that can be modified to meet your needs. This is an excellent place to start if you are new to fitness. 

Circuit Lift

 Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6:30pm - 7:30pm 

Strength Lift

A personal trainer lead full body 50-60min group workout at Mills 50 Fitness. The first 5min of class is a dynamic warm up followed by an advanced strength training slit.  You can expect barbell squats, deadlifts, bench presses and much more. This program is sequential and the muscle groups are broken up throughout the week. One week of classes (3) will result in a full body workout.


All Trainer Nate's personal training programs and consultations are serviced at the shared personal training facility Mills 50 Fitness at 1005 Virginia Drive Orlando, Florida 32803.

Tuesday/Thursday 6:30pm - 7:30pm
